Beverly Real Estate
Beverly is both a residential and commercial community located on the north shore of Massachusetts. With Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing included, it has a population of approximately 40,000. Beverly has been referred to as the “Birthplace of America’s Navy” where the first ship commissioned for the US Military had sailed from Beverly harbor in 1775.
Beverly today is a highly desired town by many. The coastal enclave is home to Endicott College and both the The North Shore Music Theater and The Cabot Street Cinema Theater. Popular sections of Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing were at one time summer cottages by wealthy owners from New York State and are now inhabited by year-round residents. Accessibility to Beverly is also made easy by major Route 128 as well as the MBTA commuter rail which offers service to Boston’s North Station.
