Marblehead lies on the northshore of Massachusetts and has a population of approximately 20,000 residents. The beautiful landscape has been home to many in the fishing and yachting industry over the years. During the late 19th century, Marblehead experienced a brief time in the shoemaking business with factories emerging in the town. During that time, yachting and yacht clubs became more and more popular in the town and was shortly thereafter home to six clubs in the area.
Nowadays, Marblehead still is a popular destination for many. Some are looking to visit the beautiful coast while others seek the perfect nautical town to call home. Steeped in history, Marblehead has over 200 homes and buildings that predate the Revolutionary War.
